Guilds
* Added remote player association access devices to all players datapads.
* With the remote player association access devices you can perform all guild functions except creation and leadership transfer. You no longer have to be near the other player to do these functions. To sponsor someone the player has to be online. To transfer leadership you still have to be within 20 meters of each other.
* Player association halls can no longer be automatically transferred to the leader of the player association. If you want to transfer use normal methods…contacting Customer Service is NOT a normal method SMILEY
* Structure traders are now granted a schematic for a guild registering device. This device can then be used by a player not in a player association to create a player association. Once a player association is created the device is destroyed and a player association display screen is added. This screen is decoration for housing. The player association leader is its owner and it is NO TRADE. When examined it will give information about your player association. When it is destroyed the guild leader has the option to create a new one. Player association terminals no longer spawn in player association halls or the Mustafarian bunker. Player association leaders are able to set permissions on any member whether they are online or not.
* Unlike the old player association terminals, the new player association screen can be destroyed.
* Only one player association UI can be opened at a time. If you try to open a new window or type a slash command the window you currently have open will close.
* Structure traders can craft cartridges that can be used to change your player association data screens. Cartridges are loaded by the PA leader through the radial menu while it is in their inventory.

The 3 main worlds of Corellia, Naboo, and Tatooine are able to hold 20 and the moons and adventure worlds of Talus, Rori, Dantooine, and Lok can hold up to 50 cities.
It is important to note that there is also a cap on the number of cities that can achieve a certain rank.
While the core worlds of Corellia, Naboo, and Tatooine can have a total of 20 cities, only 15 can be rank 3 or above and only 10 can be rank 4 or above.
The moons/adventure planets of Talus, Rori, Dantooine, and Lok can have 30 cities at or above rank 3 and 20 at or above rank 4.

There is 24 hours to get 5 citizen before the City Hall is destroyed if less than 5 by that deadline… Which means that 3 accounts would cover it, 2 accounts allowing only 4 characters being 1 short of 5.

Ok thanks! I don’t have the picture or hologram yet, but it seems all nice and dandy for those with 17 accounts. I have 3 accounts, and enough citizens to start my own city, let alone control them. Problem is , mayors not letting new towns by capping planets to 20/50 cap, even with less than max Level 5s/planet locations… Like I referred to, all nice and dandy, but I want an info when I can place the Hall! Not miss it next Thursday 10 seconds after due to factory lag.

I can now put in 8 votes maximum but that is not enough to get a town. I also need 8 residency in the voting town, and I only have 4 max now. My other characters are not in the same towns. So I might not be able to do it that way either. But another Galaxy could solve the matter, where I could place a City Hall.

I set up the Generic Guild Hall on Naboo at Cluster, at 50cr/hr, covering about 4 days. I couldn’t get or start a new guild yet, but the character setting it up was already in another guild. I only placed the War Terminal in the center for now for 1 item. The new guild is named with the placing character’s name, and shows as a datapad waypoint as Player Association Hall.

Guild Creation and Management Guide

In order to start a guild, you need a Player Association Galactic Registry. Structures Traders are given a schematic to create a PA Galactic Registry at level 82. If you’re looking for one via the Bazaar - it’s under “Misc > Generic Item > Player Association Galactic Registry”. After you have obtained one, open the radial menu and select “Create Guild” (fourth option). NOTE: PA Halls are no longer required to start a guild. All PA terminals have been removed from Guild Halls and Mustafarian bunkers since Chapter 6.8. All of the functions from the Guild Hall terminal have been added to your Remote Player Association Control Device (which every player now has in their datapad)

There was a peculiar occurance happening due to a Mayoral switch or potential Mayoral switch.
It has been solved, and it is possible to withdraw ones Registration to Run For Mayor, and votes.
However, it will cause a delay as to who and when one can join my town.
I’ll try to start another Outpost later on, but there is no guarantee or plan as to when.
Just a quick note here about what it could have caused, and how it could have destroyed the current Outpost:
… It could have destroyed the Outpost by diminishing the residents number to 4 below the minimum required 5 residents/week(s).
The current mayor having its Residency set in the City Hall, that Residency might have switched over to the new mayor.
It would have left the town residents count to 4 as the current mayor lost residency couldn’t have been fixed.

The risk of losing my town Outpost recently increased but I managed to temporarily save it or resave it. It had to do with a potential new mayor from election and the minimum 5 residents required. I managed to cancel the election and remove the votes though the candidate withdrawal would have been enough.
I still have to place a new residence and then destroy a current one placed there before transferring to my Alt. This however is easier planned than done, as the new residence comes from the main character who has none free… (That means I have to transfer a second building on my main and a third on my Alt. Or, that I have to remove the 2 Heavy Harvesters to free up 2 more lots of the Droids Warehouse.)
